Warranty InformationCurtain Call guarantees all products manufactured in our facility to be free from defectives due to workmanship or materials.We are so confident about our quality and dependability that we guarantee our Curtain Track with 5 years warranty. The Motor, Green Belt inside the Track, Remote Control and Power Adapter with 3 years warranty.This guarantee does not apply to parts which fail due to abuse, accident, theft, alterations, weather issue (such as lightning, rain, etc.), physical damage, and improper use or installation. For claims covered by the guarantee, Curtain Call will replace or repair any product found to be defective as a result of faulty workmanship or materials. Shipping charges, trip charges and labor costs for measuring and installation and/or removal of old or current products are excluded.
